Return and exchange policy

Below are the return and exchange terms for VibroPro equipment. Individual orders may have extra points in the contract.

1. Warranty

VibroPro warrants all manufactured stands in line with the current laws of Ukraine. The warranty period is set in the equipment’s technical documentation.

2. Returning goods

Under Ukraine’s Law “On Consumer Rights Protection”, a consumer may return unused goods of proper quality within 14 days of purchase if they do not fit by shape, size, colour or for other reasons. Return conditions: • the goods have not been used and keep their retail appearance; • all parts and documents are included; • no signs of use or mechanical damage; • return shipping is paid by the buyer.

3. Exchange

An exchange of unused goods of proper quality is possible within 14 days of purchase if the item does not fit by specification or configuration. Exchange depends on equivalent stock being available.

4. Warranty repair

If we find manufacturing defects or faults that are not the buyer’s fault, we provide free warranty repair or replacement under the warranty card.

6. Equipment-specific returns

Given the production specifics and individual characteristics of the equipment, returns of vibration stands are possible only by mutual agreement and with valid reasons. For custom orders or modifications, return terms are agreed separately.
